Can’t link credit card
This app is useless without the ability to link a credit card to it, and once the balance has been depleted on the card, the credit card reloads the balance. To purchase a gift card and then load it into this app is redundant. Starbucks does a much better job with their app. Hands down. Also when ordering on the Dunn brothers app the first available time to pick up your pre-ordered coffee is approximately 30 minutes from the time of order. This doesn’t make sense when I can drive to town and drive up directly to the drive-through and order without delay on that same day. However, I would prefer to have the ability to order my coffee ahead before I leave my house in the morning to head to work to ensure I can get it quickly when I arrive. Please make these fixes because there’s many days I will opt for going to Starbucks because I can use their app which functions significantly better.Show lesslisalisalisa100
Can’t even get into the app
Downloaded the app after getting a promotional email and I know I have an account with them, but when I try to sign in, it tells me my passwords wrong. So I try to change my password and I don’t receive the email with instructions to change.
So I try creating a new one, but then when it asks for my phone number, tells me that this number is already in their system, and won’t let me continue.
So frustrating to use or even get into. Should make it a lot easier to reset the password or should allow you to make a new account without needed a phone number.Show lessJokersGal09
Cannot Log In
I got a new phone and tried to log in to get my points, and when verifying it says “oh no! This number is already associated with an account.” And no other options to log in.Iza1095
