Can’t Customize My Order
The app is excellent at managing available ingredients and allowing me to save favorites. It lacks other, basic features that are frustrating; especially if you have allergies and the need to be specific about your order. There are only 15 characters allowed for special instructions for the entire purchase; even if there are multiple items/salads being ordered. Simple features like, “Mix Salad,” “Dressing on the Side,” and an ability to specify allergies would be helpful.Show lessBassman80210
Improvements needed
My experience with this app is terrible. I really love Crisp & Green, but this app causes me to make a different choice because 1 out of 4 delivery orders was actually completed. I also have issue with ordering for pick up. It is not just one store, either. The time the app gives me for pick up is not the “promised time” the store sees. My last 2 orders would have been quicker if I ordered in store, making the app useless to me. Please work to improve these issues on the store/back end. Love the vegan options & easy ordering!
I love all the vegan options and feel so healthy after eating here! And they make it taste so good! I also love the easy app ordering and delivery options.
