I have been enjoying Caribou, but they’ve really disappointed me with their customer service this past week. I tried to order a half-price deal, and it kept telling me that discount wasn’t available at that store. It did that at each store I tried. It sure seemed like a malfunction, because I’ve never experienced that previously on the app. But I also had to consider the possibility that Caribou is another chain that allows local stores to opt out of promotions. I hate when chains allow that. So I wrote to Caribou and asked them if this was the case. That was a week ago today. I have had zero response, unless you count the automated email that says they’ve received my message and will get back to me. That was a week ago. There’s no way something like this should take a week.
