Always having issues with this app
It seems every time there is an Apple update this app can’t keep up. Because when I try to place an order after an update, it gets stuck on payment processing then fails. Two separate times
it charged me but never put the order through so I showed up for pickup and they said they never got my order. Luckily when I showed them the charge they still processed my order.
Then recently when I tried using the app (I haven’t used in over a month) it logged me out and made me sign in again. My password that was saved to my phone that worked last time suddenly doesn’t work anymore. So I used the reset password and successfully made a new one but when I tried to log in it said password incorrect. Even though I pasted the exact same password I just newly created. After 4 unsuccessful tries of this I finally just went straight to their webpage to reset password and log in. And what do you know, first try I’m logged in. What kind of garbage app is this??? It’s honestly embarrassing for whoever coded this app, find a new profession please.Show lessTommyf10011

I like this app, but I had service a week ago in Eagan on Cliff Road and the service I got was lady was very rude, I was having two sandwiches made. I was having two sandwiches made and I’m sorry but sometimes it’s nice to have your sandwiches made the way you want them. All I was having put on my sandwich was mayo, cheese, bacon, and onion and I asked her if she could please spread out the mayo with a knife. She just kind of huffed and did not seem too happy about it, i’m sorry, but it’s nice to be able to spread out the condiment because when the whole summer put together anybody don’t everything just squirts out so I don’t see what the inconvenience was about. That’s not the first time I’ve had to deal with that issue at Eagan and when she took my order, I asked if I could have my sandwich made a certain way with just cheese on the bottom and bacon, then onion then cucumber she didn’t. She seem just kind of slammed everything together. I’m just saying I’ve been to other places where the service has been way better something to think about the people should try to be a little bit more polite when making people sandwichesShow lessSunny3455
Great product, very poor app
App is slick but lacking features and even irritating in spots. No favorites, just some incomplete history. Worse, defaults are poorly chosen (for my normal sandwich order I need to change one odd option...hard to believe that most folks want 2 eggs on their bagel). Can toast a bagel with cream cheese but not on an egg sandwich! Can't start an order from the main menu "Menu" option. Can't use more than one reward/specials option on an order. And returning to check/switch one of these options restarts the order!! I've encountered more than a few times when after all that work to create an order it won't be accepted for no clear reason.
I still use the apps but mostly for special offers and pre-order convenience.Show lessWheelerDA
