The menu is a mess. It's the one thing that should make sense. Extremely difficult to select your type of bagel sandwich. Modifying is a nightmare. You click on 'bagels' and there's no button to add to cart. There are search prompt bubbles at the top in place of a traditional menu so now uncommon items are impossible to find. For some reason they think the most popular thing you should be viewing are deals for groups and bagel boxes. But you can't customize them. The icons at the top for food are now silhouettes and one of them looks like the mustache from the Pringles can guy. The whole app is unfocused trash. You click on the coffee icon and all that shows up is 'coffee for the group' and single hot coffee. It's extremely annoying. As though the developers have never tried it themselves before releasing it. You can just feel the contempt for customers oozing from every sad and frustrating feature in this app.
