  • Online ordering

    The only thing that I can complain about is I have been ordering from the same store for years and when I arrive to pick up my order it hasn’t been ready. I usually order 4-5 hours ahead of time with a pick up time and they scramble to make it while I wait. This has happened the last three times I’ve ordered. The crew is always friendly and do a great job getting the pies done but I wonder if the appt isn’t going through sometimes? Because they have asked me what I ordered.

  • Great product terrible app/website

    Updated review…The app has improved slightly, still the worst food app for UI/UX. I still can’t apply any rewards to orders (birthday rewards, etc.) so they always expire. Lots of error messages and you have no idea why. I have the newest iPhone with the latest iOS and I have the most recent Papa Murphy’s app version. Theresa ate glitches at all points of the app. If you try to edit anything or need to go back the app makes you start over. After 45 minutes today of trying to place an app order (even after giving up trying to use a reward because it wasn’t working) I finally gave up for good because of the glitches and needing to start over. I used a competitor’s app no problem. Thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my day; I won’t be ordering again for a long time.

    And when you contact Customer Service there’s no response. I would order Papa Murphy’s three times more if it weren’t for these inconveniences. Come on Papa Murphy’s figure it out!

  • Pizzaaaaaa!

    Big thanks to one of the guys there for letting us know on the local facebook page about the Tuesday specials at Papa Murphy's $11 for a large pizza. The service was fast and the place was pretty packed for a sec with all the orders but they got it done! It was clean and well kept. Dang that pizza HIT THE SPOT ahh my favorite is a pepperoni with jalapeno... it was so good! I'm looking forward to my cold pizza leftovers tomorrow after the gym yall... download the app and start earning those points! I forgot how good Papa Murphy's was! See ya again soon!
