Can’t register in classes
For almost three weeks now I’m no longer able to register for classes on this app. It worked great in the beginning of my membership. I’m hoping this review will motivate someone to fix these glitches please.
Review of App on 9-25-23
Went into the gym today worker said I have to download the new app to scan the barcode, went into the app and tried putting my info in but it didn’t work. Just says wrong info put in but it’s the same info on my last app. Don’t recommend downloading it just tell them your code when you get in!
Terrible service
Literally paying for a membership that I can’t use lol. They decided to switch apps and to get people to switch over they have you scan a barcode, when I scan the barcode it takes me to the app that I already have had downloaded to my phone for months! Most expensive gym in town what a joke.
