I use it all the time to track my runs
Decent app. Has problems.
Tracks and records info that other apps don’t.
Problems I’ve had with it:
When recording a session, my phone goes to sleep. Screen won’t stay on when recording a session.
Sometimes when I record a session it records the value as 0 minutes 0 sec completed.
There is no way to edit or delete a session so the days where it gives me a zero value it messes up my tracked info and skews my averages.

Hello, Wanted to thank you for bringing this issue to light. We have updated Cryozest and it now includes the ability to delete an existing therapy session. Give it a download and let us know what you think! With regards to the phone going to sleep, I suggest going through your phone settings and changing the frequency and speed that your phone goes to sleep.
Built for the US, only Fahrenheit temps
Essentially built for the US not the majority of countries which use a metric system. No option to change the temp to Celcius

This is a very rare app to find that allows me to track sauna and cold showers. I just started to use it and enjoyed using it.
I do wish that it had an Apple Watch app so I could leave my phone in my locker away from the sauna, and that it could have the option to log session entries into Apple Fitness/Health.
Also, I know Garmin watches let you grab temperature. Not sure if Apple Watch lets you, but that would be cool if the app could grab the sauna temperature from the watch.
I would definitely pay for this app to have those features in a paid Pro version.
