Free shipping

I’d rather have the free shipping instead of the extra wine …
Not sure why you changed this, but I’m switching back to 6 bottles if I have to pay shipping anyway !

Very disappointed with organizational service

I have had several shipments and to be transparent the wine choices are very nice.
The problem comes with delivery!
I completely understand the requirements for a signature, but I have had several bad experiences with FedEx and support.
Like everyone else in the world, I too have a job and am very busy. If you tell me that you will deliver at a certain time, I will work with the givens.
Previous delivery was promised on a given day and so I scheduled to be there for the delivery.
FedEx canceled at the end of day and decided to deliver the next day! UNACCEPTABLE!
I made an effort and they did not comply. I’m tired of hearing, “Well that’s an estimate!” UNACCEPTABLE!!!
My time and money have limits!!!
My most recent shipment was promised for a 3:30-5:30 window.
I had it scheduled to have a person scheduled to be there at 3pm. FedEx tried to deliver at 2:05pm. UNACCEPTABLE!!! And the phrase, “Well that’s an estimate!” Is not acceptable either!
How can I help the delivery team if they can’t give me a real window to deal with?
My time is valuable and carries a large value. No compensation for my time, yet I’m the one who pays for the product and then spend more time and effort, carrying a large value, dealing with incompetence.

We offer the option to have your order held at a local pick up location or we can even change your carrier to UPS. Wine Info Format

I LOVE the new format of the wine info that comes with the shipment! The single back to back document makes it so much easier to learn about the wines and compare them! Additionally, it’s so much easier to save/file this info vs. in the card format. Great change!

Big changes over the years, poor results.

Long term member but just cancelled after 4 years. App lets me set up order I want, then substitutes because my choice was “out of stock” evidently, even though I wasn’t informed when I selected it. Final straw was bogus “free upgrade “ to premiere plan with out of stock inventory.

I have better choices and prices at Costco.

Enjoy most recent update

I’ve always loved my Firstleaf membership and have used the app to rate wines from my box. This most recently update is incredible. I’m impressed with the new app features! Last night, I used the app at dinner and it suggested a wine I absolutely loved. It made choosing so easy and quick.

I’ll definitely be spreading the word about this app with all its new features. Keep up the great work!

First Leaf has helped me so much in discovering what I like in a wine. They provide ways to rate the wines they send so I receive a collection in my taste preference along with cards describing the region the grapes come from, the notes (what the different tastes are), how to pair the wine with the food you serve, along with the body, acidity, fruit intensity and tannin. I try to share these wines with others so they can have an opportunity to discover what they truly love in a wine. I have been a member for several years now and people have signed up and happy they did. I get much better quality wines than I could afford to purchase in a store. Thank you First Leaf for helping me find what I truly love in a wine.

I love this service

My wife and I are having fun exploring a wide variety of wines that Firstleaf offers. We’ve had a positive experience identifying different types of wines that we enjoy and would definitely recommend it to family and friends alike. The various wines from regions we otherwise wouldn’t have purchased from, tasted, and reviewed have been exceptional specially the fine wine selections we’ve recently tasted (highly recommend) with a few exceptions but overall a fantastic selection that has revitalized our love of cooking, entertaining, and enjoying life. Works well enough

For wine reviews. I wish there was a don’t like, ok, and like at a minimum. It would be great to have don’t like, ok, like, and love as options for rating. But for wines that arent bad but you don’t love- it’s hard to know what to put as a rating

A great compliment to a great service.

The app compliments the service very well. The only suggestion is to add a way to hide (or neutral rate) wines that are not disliked, but not liked enough to want in future shipments.
