Love 2 Wine

Hi there, thanks so much for the 5 star review! While our current app setup doesn't directly feature an "Order Now" button, you can easily create custom orders through our Wine Store online. We are working on adding store orders to the App ASAP so keep an eye out for updates!

Needs patched

Can’t sign up and make an account. Trying to track an order and won’t let me sign up in app. And when you try to sign up online all it does is run you through survey and take you to add 6 bottles of wine to your cart, which you can’t take out for some reason. Needs a little work. Have yet to try product or see how fast my order ships out

We're sorry for the frustration here! If you're looking to track an order that was placed online you should already have an account registered with us. You can log into the app with the same email and password you used to place your order. If you're still having trouble logging in or need to sign up please reach out to us at service@firstleaf.com and we'll look into resolving the issue ASAP!

Great App

Great app for keeping track of First Leaf subscriptions and wines to review. Not the best for adding wines not purchased through first leaf to a cellar. Would be really nice to be able to add notes rather than thumbs up or thumbs down. Would also love a “neutral” option for voting.

Inability to purchase wines

So one of the reasons why I joined this club was so that when I found a wine that I really liked, I could purchase a case of it. Ideally at a reduced rate as part of the club. But I have yet to find it easy way, or quite frankly a way at all to actually purchase the wines that I’ve been sent.

Considering changing to a different wine club so that I can at least explore and then purchase what I like.

In the meantime you can always log in online and create custom orders of your favorite wines at firsteaf.com/store. You can also reach out to us at service@firstleaf.com and we'll help you create a custom club order as well!

App still not working. Developers cannot fix it.

Warning to the customers: There is a bug in the app the when swapping out more than one bottle of wine the app doesn’t save your choice. You then lose your opportunity to swap bottle and are stuck with wine you might not want. The developer cannot fix it. I can replicate the problem every time and have screenshots.

To the developer: it is hard for me to understand why you are unable to replicate the bug. It is easy to do. Feel free to contact me and I can do it for you or send you screenshots of the problem.

From the developer under my original review, same issue, they don’t seem to have the skill set to fix:

Rating system

I really love the app and the wines so far are good, I just wish you guys did a star rating system instead of yes or no for the rating system. There are some wines I’m more middle ground on and don’t want to necessarily put no, but also don’t LOVE it.

Unable to pause shipments

If you are wanting to pause your delivery or cancel your subscription, good luck! Theres no way to do it on the app or the website. The only way is to change your credit card number. Companies like these shouldn’t even be on the iPhone App Store!

Hi there! We offer the option to pause or cancel your subscription on the "my account" page on our website. Just log in with your email and password to update your settings and account preferences. If you prefer, you can also reach out to us at service@firstleaf.com and we'll update your account as well.

good wine not good shipping options

The wine looks good everything came packaged nice and neat. I am not a crazy hog wine drinker. I ordered a box for the deal and they want me at the end of the month get another box. i want to wait maybe 6 months until ordering again. seems like you dont have that option. i am going to contact support and see if that is possible.

We offer the option to set your account preferences to have shipments sent every 1, 2, or 3 months. If that's still too soon, you can always pause your shipments for up to 9 months. Just let us know at service@firstleaf.com and we can update your account ASAP!

First timer

We’ll be receiving our second order soon. Learning a lot and enjoying it. Really like being able to rate each wine and looking forward to the next order.

This honestly does save a good amount of time and money on wines, it’s nice to explore the different types without having to worry about hating them or wasting money since they pick them based on your preferences.
