    Erin is the best! This app has the perfect mix of approachable yet challenging workouts and tasty recipes. I love the weekly meal plans - takes all the work out of getting tasty and healthy food together. Do your future self a favor and download!
  • An app I use everyday!

    Erin’s workouts are so strategic and fun! I am obsessed with her 10 min sizzles - that is always how much time I think I can spare to workout but once I get moving I always stack them and get a full workout. Erin is so motivating and her workouts target all the right spots to get that svelte, strong look. I love the savor section too and many of the recipes on here have become weekly staples for my family. If I could, I'd give this app 10 stars!!!!

  • Best Targeted Workouts!

    So easy to navigate the app and super effective and targeted workouts, which I love on their own or to stack. Erin brings tons of energy to inspire each and every workout.

    I’m so glad I discovered this. I’ve been a member for just over a year now and this app has been a game changer—it’s like having a personal trainer and nutritionist in my pocket. The recipes are legit and not crazy complicated. Highly recommend!

    I have followed Savor and Sweat for almost 2 years now and I feel like it’s my duty to spread the good word! Erin can motivate like no other! The numerous on-demand workout options, coupled with her seriously yummy and simple-to-follow recipes have changed my life. There are so many workout and recipe options, that I finally feel like leading the healthy lifestyle I’ve longed for is a little more obtainable. After finishing some of Erin‘s classes, I feel like I can shoot electricity from my fingertips - there’s no other way to describe it?! She gets you to push, and just when you think the tank is empty, she happily motivates you to push a little more. She is easy to follow, motivates, and before I know it, the class is over and I’m dripping in sweat. This is hands-down, the best money you can spend to get the full package on health and wellness. I am a fan for life!

    I absolutely love doing Erin Stewart’s (Savor & Sweat) workouts! They are challenging and effective. I always feel fantastic after them. Her recipes are also very easy to follow and delicious!! Best bang for your bucks!

  • Favorite fitness app!

    I’ve been using Erin’s app and going to her IRL classes for over 2 years now. Her workouts are so effective. I really love her quick, 15-min workouts when I don’t have a lot of time. I feel like I’ve gotten a really good tone and sweat in! Oh and you have to try her beet hummus!
  • Something for everyone!

    Erin has truly mastered the concept of something for everyone. Her shorts sizzles are perfect for stacking or busy days, and her full length classes really hit everywhere! She’s a challenging instructor, and finds muscles to work that I didn’t even know I had. Just when you think you’re wrapping up your 8 count, she adds another for even better results. I’m so glad I have a membership to this app.
