    is very slow and my send button greys out so i cant communicate.

    then you get back and ehen i see it i still cant respond

    i try telstra app and it is the same

    issues take days to resolve

  • Telstra & HB HiFi

    I am trying to update my credit card on the app and cannot find anywhere to do it. It is very frustrating not being able to see all our Telstra services together. Also frustrating that Telstra cannot get their act together and issue ONE bill instead of multiple payments being required!

    It is frustrating of trying update my credit card for payment numerous times. I even tried an existing card but no luck. Support tried to help but don’t understand or know the way around the App. Very disappointing.

    Nowhere to cancel my international calling pack
    Went via Chat and the consultant could not help
    Asked me to restart app and proceed from there
    I re started app twice and still not able to amend plan!!!
    Terrible service and app!

    Apps is decent but glitches and doesnt work with face id on iphone

    The app continually hangs/freezes. Doesn’t contain much useful information or features. Telstra app was better.

    services doesn’t show up and there’s nothing in it. Spoke with customer care and only ticket has been created but there’s no resolution.
