I am trying to update my credit card on the app and cannot find anywhere to do it. It is very frustrating not being able to see all our Telstra services together. Also frustrating that Telstra cannot get their act together and issue ONE bill instead of multiple payments being required!Unable to update Payment method
It is frustrating of trying update my credit card for payment numerous times. I even tried an existing card but no luck. Support tried to help but don’t understand or know the way around the App. Very disappointing.Convoluted
Nowhere to cancel my international calling pack
Went via Chat and the consultant could not help
Asked me to restart app and proceed from there
I re started app twice and still not able to amend plan!!!
