Can’t even find my JBH acct
Apparently this thing is buggy and super annoying. So you can use google or Facebook to log in on web version but on this stupid app it asks only to login with a Telstra account. The Telstra account (which I have none actually) it recovers using the in-app function is something unknown to me. Unbelievably dumb and annoying setup for a big shop like this.

Can’t access invoices from greater than 1 year ago
Payment screen is ridiculous
Only accepts card payments, not PayPal or apple or google pay. Basic app that doesn't actually do the job. Poor customer service with offshore call centre

The most unaccomodating ap that ever existed. The staff in the contact Centre don’t know how the ap works and can’t help when things go wrong with the account.
No other way to pay bills besides direct debit but if there’s a problem there’s no number to call and the people in store don’t even have additional capability to do anything.
Problems get “escalated” and never fixed.
Can’t wait till the contract expires so I can go back to using proper Telstra.

Don’t sign up with JB they are pieces of faecal matter
100% useless
“Something went wrong” is all you get from this App.
Don’t waste your time seeking tech support, there isn’t any.
Just shop online and when they ask for your feedback regarding your shopping experience, tell them their App was 100% useless.

Changing provider
Was concerned I would need extra data while away at work so purchased a data only sim month to month. My existing plan had a week an a half to run. The data plan was for a month. When the existing auto paid and data renewed the data plan also paid again two weeks early. Hillarys/Whitfords JBHIFI🔥,been with JBs since 2014 , these Whitford boofheads are just deceitful.

Can’t sign in.
I attempt to sign in however it’s not letting me create account, rename account, or recover account. Attempt to use the “contact us” feature to ask and the only item the service can give any help on is their Telstra service providers. I use the same phone number, name, etc every time but it claims that my name doesn’t exist. I receive digital receipts that save to the same account I use every time. Just a messy app

Apparently my plan Telstra plan is now managed by JB hi-fi. First step is to get the app. The app does not load at all. Staff have not been hugely helpful at the store as they seem to unsure of the changes. Very disappointing.
