Trying to add service and stuck in a doom loop
The app might be convenient however I am stuck trying to add my license with a reply saying that:
Your application has restarted
We found a technical issue and had to restart
Please re-enter your details and try again.
I have been trying all day and also on the website and I get the same response.
I have 2FA and have triple checked my details are correct. The form knows if I have entered incorrectly but doesn’t allow correct information to proceed.Show lessDeveloper Response

There may be a mismatch with your details in the backend system, which our team is unable to resolve. Please try calling 13 77 88 to resolve this, as our Customer Concierge Operators have the necessary permissions to look into this. I have an old email account linked to my drivers licence. Trying to renew online and update to my new email has been frustrating. Ive emailed Services NSW, but they keep telling me how to edit on the page , but the issue is my old email is in place and a code wants to send to a not in use email address. How can i get this done??? (I travel to and from AU & USA alot, I've already used the kit to prev renew my licence, but i dont think i can use it for another renewal)Show lessDeveloper Response
