Coverage is not available at various locations of Melbourne. Recharge using vouchers is a nightmare process, slow and not user friendly.Developer Response

You have retracted my current offer of $40 for 100gb discount to $30 whilst offering new customers excellent deals, I also provided comparison rates from your competitors. I did not request a price match, only wanting to keep the current discount of $10 or keep my plan as it was but you won’t accomodate, I have paid the same $30 which provides me with 32gb, 68gb reduction. I will be changing providers in the near future and will receive up to 160gb of data for $30 or an increase of 128gb. I was happy to stay with Amaysim, however, I have to look after my interests as should you with exisiting customers, you can’t grow your business attracting new customers whilst loosing exisiting, crazyShow lessDeveloper Response

Signed up for the 12 month Sim, created my account and download the app ready to get started.
I couldn’t login because the password I created when buying the plan was “too long”.
Tried to reset password but told that would take two days.
Tried to call support but robot hung up on me every time (never spoke to a human).
Finally tried the online support chat, got disconnect and waited an hour but finally reset the password.
