Worst mobile service I’ve ever had to deal with!
Don’t get the family plan. It took me over 3 days to set it up and endless calls back to them. Customer service were always subpar and unhelpful. No matter how distressed I sounds or plead they just don’t understand.
I really regret changing to this company. Now to leave this family plan I have to individually take everyone off the plan that will take days too! The worst way so you almost can’t leave. I’m so traumatised by this that I would never join a family plan again especially from ALDImobile.Show lessLogin to Aldimobile app only works half the time
Half the time when I try to login either on the app or their website it just doesn’t work. Sometimes there’s an error message about the server, sometimes it just freezes on ‘loading account’ but never logs in. It’s so annoying and it’s been happening more and more often over the last year.

I’ve been with Aldi Mobile for probably 3-4 years now and have had no issues except remembering when to recharge it. The app is great, a little outdated but works well in my opinion. I wish you could use iPhone widgets with it and constantly see what plan you’re on/how many days you have left but otherwise it’s been much better than a Telstra contract. I recommend.Show less
