As of sept 1. It still crashes but only occasionally. I’ll try to keep a note of when this happens. I will say — if it crashes, and I try to start it again right away, it will crash. If I close the game and come back later, it will usually go w no issue. Thanks for working to make the game better.

Update as of August 11, 2024. Issue not fixed. ****************** Thank you for adding coins so that users can play the game. However, It’s July 31. Since last update, game crashes right past the opening screen. Currently the rating on this game is 1.7. It’s because of the crashing. You’ve may have lost users you’ll never get back. This should have been fixed as soon as the complaints started after the update. —————— Too much abuse of the octopus. Why is the octopus being beaten? Do we want our kids to see ‘fun’ animal abuse? It’s an unnecessary part of this game.

As everyone may have realized now, the game has terrible crashing issues. This is a 5 star game that needs to be fixed.

Restarting a level causes crashes
Once the game crashes by any means the game will always crash at loading.
Deleting the app and then reloading it fixes the loading issue and will let you play, but eventually it will crash again from one of the issues i mentioned.

Everytime the balloon pop portion of the game opens up with the guy flying to the next level it causes the game to crash. Then I can’t play for upwards of 24 hours. Its ridiculous- just delete the balloon pop side progress and the game would be fine. Only play if you won’t find crashing annoying.

Thanks for your patience and support!This game is cute when it’s playable, but lately it isn’t playable thanks to their addition of the Sky Harvest balloon nonsense. I don’t even know what the stupid balloons do, aside from nag me to spend happy coins when run out of steps on a level. Get rid of balloon harvest and I will play this game again.
Every update I expect the devs will correct the crashing issue, but they never do.
When that Sky Harvest window pops up showing that little balloon guy, my game ALWAYS crashes after I close it and will crash every time I go to open it. The game will never load for me until the following day for some reason. The crash carries over to my other devices when they sync to the iCloud save, so after it occurs on my phone, the game also crashes at the loading screen on my iPad and I have to wait 24 hours to be able to play it again.

Thank you for your patience and support!I have a completely current and updated iPhone 11 max and no matter closing and clearing memory, rebooting, complete shut down and wait 15min. Game force closes every single time. It loads my profile and shows loading, then closes completely.
