This has been happening for weeks. When will this issue be fixed? This is an enjoyable game…when it can be played. Please fix it.

Not worth playing it when it crashes.
I love the concept of this game but it’s an arcade game and I feel like there is a lot of gate keeping when it comes to like the coins and stuff. I don’t like that there are all these cool items you can use in the magic show but not on the regular levels. I don’t want to spend my coins on items that aren’t really useful or that I have to spend all of my coins for them to help me with the level. I play this every day so I’m pretty far along I think like level 600 and they are DIFFICULT. So just some options to help me along would be awesome. That and it CRASHES every day. Multiple times a day. I let my daughter download it and she gave up because the app just won’t open.
I’m sure there are some developer issues going on here but this is an actual arcade game so I feel like it should be a little more on the sophisticated side of developer help.

When it does open it’s very fun, however that’s feeling more rare these days.
UPDATED 8/14: At first, I thought the crashes were related to the game updates. This may have been the original problem, and when the game started working again, I lost 20 rounds of progress. However, I’m now seeing that my app crashes *every* night. I’m in the US Eastern time zone. I can open the game in the morning, collect my daily island prize, but if I try to play the game at the night - when I actually have time - the game crashes. If it was dependable, this would be a 5-star app. It is the only game I even have on my phone!
7/27 REVIEW: Have been happily playing SummerPop+ since it came to Apple Arcade. The last update has broken the game and it repeatedly crashes after the splash page. Rebooting the phone does not help. I don’t want to delete the app and lose my progress, as I’m 160 levels in! Please fix, I miss my little guys!!

A game that crashes this much should not be allowed in the Apple Arcade. Way below expected quality.

Thank you for adding coins so that users can play the game. However, It’s July 31. Since last update, game crashes right past the opening screen. Currently the rating on this game is 1.7. It’s because of the crashing. You’ve may have lost users you’ll never get back. This should have been fixed as soon as the complaints started after the update. —————— Too much abuse of the octopus. Why is the octopus being beaten? Do we want our kids to see ‘fun’ animal abuse? It’s an unnecessary part of this game.
