iPad version crashes too much
I am using the iPad 10th generation 64 gig which is still sold currently by Apple. When I’m swiping through full sized photos the app entirely crashes, so I have to slowly swipe to the next image or risk it crashing and me losing all my progress. It’s quite disappointing since the less iPad-friendly web version doesn’t have that issue. Maybe the developers could reduce the hardware requirements for lower performance devices.Frustrated by the app
I use ShotDeck on my laptop and find it very helpful. However, the app never works for me. The search engine never works and it makes the app somewhat useless. Very much looking forward to an update where this is fixed.UPDATE PLEASE
I’m frustrated.
Just burned 2hrs saving images to a deck within the app and they’re….. not in the deck. The app is crashing repeatedly.
It’s just simply not stable.
Guys, I love the service. Have been subscribed for years now, but on location with an iPad and the app is not cutting it. It has a good framework/layout but there are several bugs that are really making the usability suffer. Please work out the kinks and give us an stable App version of your archive.
