Needs Bug Fixes
The app has a lot of bugs and is glitchy. Spinning wheel while loading pages and takes a long time to load. Went back to using old app by adding website to home screen on my iPhone. Please make these fixes. Thank you!
Update: Lots less glitchy! However to give it 5 stars it would be nice if the arrow to go back to other categories would be changed to a main menu (like the mobile web version or old app version) that can be easily accessed from any category vs having to click back arrow to go to another screen or category! Please fix! Thank you!

Very Convenient!
I love that I can easily browse my favourite store and place an order, even while riding the bus to work. Less to go through a browser and search the website on phone where I have to wait for my login to load before I can start my shopping!

Takes too much time to load
Almost impossible to order anything through this app. The circle of death just spins.

The app. Not the products.
The app timed out several times, losing my progress, before I gave up and just used the website. (Which is an acceptable experience at best)
They obviously used a third party, web framework built by an inexperienced team. Seriously, what’s the point of a native app if you’re not going to use native OS components?

Tablet version
You need to make the app work on tablets with full screen. Phone screen on the tablet just doesn’t cut it.

Trash not working
Cannot add products to the shopping cart, the search engine is not working properly also.

Like the idea but app takes way to long to load and sometime the account info won’t even load..hopefully they work on these issues.
Love the brand but dislike the new app
There is no way to navigate to anything. Pretty much useless. Needs some fixing.
