Quick, user-friendly, great so far

This app is well-made so far and has so much potential. Very easy to navigate, customizable, and nicely designed (but not overly stylized).

As a fairly new app, there is so much potential— adding other ways to view trends maybe?
- Options to view by week or weeks or a couple months at a time, rather than just by the calendar month?
- Maybe somehow connecting the Life Balance Wheel with the factors on the daily checkins?

But overall really enjoying this app.

Amazing app

This is exactly what I was looking for, what I needed!
You can add your emotions and track them.
You can write down the thoughts that triggered the emotion.
Influencing factors.
Working through the CBT, what is so much important.
And all this in a colorful, beautiful design.
Thank you for your hard work, developers!
I would like to see something in the future update, that you add more emotions when you choose what is happening now, because I can't always find the right emotion for the situation. And also, in addition to the CBT questionnaire, which is so good, but I would like to expand it, please add also the standard CBT questionnaire, where cognitive distortions, i.e. to which type this thought belongs: Catastrophizing, All or nothing thinking, Future telling, Emotional reasoning, Minimization of positive, Magnification of negative, Self blaming, Other blaming and so on.
I'd really appreciate it.

Hi Lea! Thanks for your positive feedback. If you need any additional emotions - feel free to drop us a line via Help section in Settings. Regarding the CBT - yes, we do have that planned, we just need some time to polish it before we roll it out. Stay tuned!

Character Limit

Literally the only thing keeping me from giving this app 5 stars is the fact that there’s a character limit on check-ins. I feel that if they allowed you to check in but still journal, that would be an improvement. I have anxiety and mild BPD, so as an over thinker, I prefer to do an entire brain dump in my journal. So with a character limit, I don’t think I can best do that in this app.

Pretty great

I love using this app. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it says check in regularly for at least a month to get tips on your
Wellbeing. I have been checking in for almost two months with no tips or hints. It’s fine if this feature was removed or if it worked, just a bit frustrating. Other than that I like the aesthetic and pleasing UI, plus the option to add your own personal triggers and journal entries

We are still at the very beginning of our journey and for a next release have decided to focus on another feature that will give you extra insight into your possible mood factors.
