Horrible app / camera
The camera is always saying offline when I try looking at it. It won’t identify a bird, but instead will identify people as birds. I installed this 3 days ago and as of today when I look at it, it will just have a black screen (when it finally loads) and says ‘session timed out’ after about 30 seconds.

App needs work
The app is horribly slow. Times out. When you try to push “ok” it does nothing. This app would be perfect if it was rewritten.
Terrible
It rarely works properly. First of all, it’s always going offline. Second, the bird identification is horribly wrong. Third, the camera always glitches when there’s a bird and you can’t watch it. Fourth, when you click discovery, sometimes it will spin and spin and never load or just not work at all. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Ugh
So frustrating. App won’t go through with updates even when deleted and redownloaded. Finally updates after loading and signing in on another phone and now it just spins and spins and doesn’t connect. Full battery and high connection. Would not recommend. There are many other options to choose from - try one of them. Placing this review on Amazon as well.

Doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money with this bird feeder.

Just installed a week ago. Works 2% of the time. A total waste.
