Interesting App

I really like the idea of this app. I have meditated on and off for many years, but I find it hard to be as consistent as I would like. I like the idea of gamifying the process, but it would be nice if there was just a straight meditation timer with no sound at all (so I could sit for 10 or 20 minutes without interruption) and if it would sync mindfulness minutes to Apple health.

I love this bear!

I really like the idea of mixing a game with meditation. This is what I've been looking for. I wish there were more meditations and more islands, please!

I've been meditating with this app for 3 days, and so far, I like it. And my islands, where this bear lives, have become much cozier! Keep going!

I found it amusing that, in addition to meditation, there's also an entirely imaginative world with a little bear in the app. It's such a unique combination.
