This app gives me a fuller picture of what’s going on with my health, and gives me guidance about what to eat, how to work out, and how to recover better. I love that it uses my Apple Watch to get most of the data (for sleep, workouts, steps, etc), and puts together the nutrition so I know what my body needs to support that day’s activities. Logging my food may not be that exciting, but the app has made it a lot easier with the Quick Add feature and nutrition label capture, so I am able to track my macros better (mostly to make sure I get enough protein). I was a part of the Beta test, and I was shocked one morning when my Health app gave me a notification that my heart rate had gone down 10 beats per minute. I looked back, and it totally correlated to when I started using the app. That was amazing!
