Not user friendly
Just give us an App that customers and frequent users can get into with biometrics please, then quickly get to the bits we need - ie the calander and our current brews.
It frequently crashes or refuses to open at all.
The pop-ups to tell you you when to go to the next stage seem to have stopped too.
This app is seriously damaging your brand and needs fixing!

Fix your app!
Worst app ever for all it’s supposed to do, can’t even log in. All I want to do is track a new cycle!! Is it that hard? Do I need to go through an fbi screening just to do that?
Not Good
This is one of the weirdest apps I’ve used. To sign in they send a one time code, but it’ll only send to your email and not phone, so not sure why that’s even an option. It’s a very buggy app that isn’t very user friendly. I’ve assigned my Pinter but the instructions don’t work. The button is broken and won’t load anything. I have to mock add another Pinter and back channel my way in to find instructions for each step of the process. Also, I’ve installed reinstalled, updated all settings, but the push notifications don’t work. I’m glad I got this on a sale as I might brew the first few beers and be done with this company.

This app is p***ed!
A random experience of the calendar appearing then disappearing - I lost track of my brews. I keep updating the brew timeline but it doesn’t register. Then I’m repeatedly told my app version needs updating to the new one. I delete and reinstall- same message! This is an exciting new business that knows how to product develop and market but puts less finesse into its software collateral. Shame, we want you to get it right.

Hard to maneuver
It’s next to impossible to access the calendar if you’ve started a brew. Sometimes brew steps don’t activate.
It seems to be impossible to get the App to work.
Hugely unimpressed so far. If you aren’t going to include instructions in the box, at least have an app that works.
Working as expected
Surprised by the poor reviews. I was able to login and found the instructions very helpful and well illustrated with video.
It sounds as if some of the reviewers have not actually used it for brewing which is probably not the best experience.

Good idea, doesn’t work
I like the content displayed in the app but functionality is buggy at best. I would be happier with a functional web based solution. The struggle is that much of the app is a redirection to the web where you need to login again and reorient what you were trying to accomplish. Brew guide/calendar is an excellent idea but doesn’t allow smooth advancement through the stages.

Notifications don’t work
Push notifications don’t work and yes, I made sure that they are turned on in the app and in phone settings.
No log in option for existing customers when app keeps chucking me out
I love brewing your beer this way and is a great tasting beer which is very much worth the wait through the brewing and conditioning process, I find it far superior than tinned beers and have stopped buying them now. I have also been making bread from the trub and that is improving with each subsequent loaf. So on the whole, I am very pleased 😊

This is so frustrating! Also when I saw the latest app update telling me that it is fixing login problems and I am still unable to log in. Why isn’t there a login or register option?
I use the website and have been able to gain access to the app through there but not an easy way by any means.
