You guys should give it a try!
I have one word for this app and the word is PERFECT. I am amazed to see old pic's freshen up and it did help me a lot with the old photos.

A Magic Tool
I always want to see my grandma because I have never seen her since my birth and her only left photo has been blurred. I tried many, many and many but without any gains. However, this one, Evoke, is far beyond my imagination. It really does this to help me fix the photo. When I finally see the photo clearly by aid of this app, I think it must cast a kind of magic!

Happy with Results
