I honestly wanna give 10 stars
If you really like really wanna workout but want to have SO much fun while getting a motivational speech in the midst of catching your breath, honestly look no further. I’ve been watching old videos on Kristina’s channel for months now then found this and i literally don’t think anything could ever top my love for power and flow! I never did a real spin class before these videos and of course its something to work up to, but the more you do it you’ll be surprised how good you get in no time. I have so much fun i forget it’s a workout and the music is top tier! Imma def attend a live class one of these days! I recommend this to so many people it’s not even funny!
