Card user beware! Please make sure you don't ever ever make a transaction on accident! And if you do, don't admit to it because they will just deny it! I made three or four transactions to SunPass, which anybody that has SunPass knows that it can be a bit tedious at times. wasn't immediately reflecting, so I charged the card again this time for a larger amount well, fast forward 24 short hours and all of the charges were on SunPass. Why would I need a $350 balance on SunPass? Exactly! I would not. So I admitted yes, every single transaction to SunPass is legitimate except the $75, so please credit me back the $75, DENIED! So if your God forbid gets lost or stolen and you need to legitimately dispute a charge, good luck! The card is garbage, the Customer service garbage don't waste your time. I would rather pay 30% interest then to work with a garbage company like this!!lkjfygv
