Card user beware! Please make sure you don't ever ever make a transaction on accident! And if you do, don't admit to it because they will just deny it! I made three or four transactions to SunPass, which anybody that has SunPass knows that it can be a bit tedious at times. wasn't immediately reflecting, so I charged the card again this time for a larger amount well, fast forward 24 short hours and all of the charges were on SunPass. Why would I need a $350 balance on SunPass? Exactly! I would not. So I admitted yes, every single transaction to SunPass is legitimate except the $75, so please credit me back the $75, DENIED! So if your God forbid gets lost or stolen and you need to legitimately dispute a charge, good luck! The card is garbage, the Customer service garbage don't waste your time. I would rather pay 30% interest then to work with a garbage company like this!!

My experience has been good so far. Quick and easy approval process. Card came quick in less then two weeks. Pay my bill on time each month and haven’t had any problems. Thanks Sparrow!
If you’re thinking about this card just wait for better offers. I’m now stuck with this card and the annual fee only a day after opening it even though all of my purchases, except one $~20, have been denied. They say it’s because master card has detected fraud because the card is new and if that’s the case, this card is very unreliable. That is something that needs to be communicated to consumers early on. Now I have to wait a full 24 hours for the card to reset. Who’s to say this won’t happen multiple times while I have the card? I made a big mistake opening this card and I don’t want someone else to make that mistake. BUYER BEWARE.
Can you tell me why my app has been locked for about two weeks and how am I expected to make a payment on a locked account?
These reviews are fake. It’s another predatory credit company ran by a sweatshop in India. Avoid like the plague.
I got the app on a weekend and was approved same day. They give you a virtual card as well so you can start using it and don’t have to wait for your physical card. The app is designed well- I love how it looks! Thank you Sparrow 😌

Approved me on 01/17, recieved card and as I’m using it , I get an email that my account is blocked for suspicious activity. Want you to send documents over an email. Nothing is secure.I’m making little purchases , nothing major. I signed up with my SS number. Now they want my utility bills, paystub , ID , over regular email.I’ve sent my passport and DL and that’s not good enough ( it was good enough for NYS and Citibank thought) Do not use them. I feel like it’s a situation where they want to raise quick money so they approve you and get you to close your account , and you have to pay your bill in X amount of days.
