Fun to play but no customer support
I enjoy the game itself because it’s well formatted but there are like 17 hoops to jump through in order to make a withdrawal and if you don’t do it perfectly, they restrict your account so you can’t play cash games or make a withdrawal, and there is zero response from customer support in the chat or by email.

I like this app and win most everytime but it took 8 plus hours for it to find opponents to play against and when I wanted to cash out it made me wait till all the games were done and who knows how long that is going to take it’s infuriating. I would definitely do something about that function. 8 hours is a long time to find 3 other player to finish a match with..Show less8 hour matches

I’m still testing this game. I’m really enjoying it as it’s fast and one doesn’t need to drag every card to the right place like other games. I win more than 60%. This is positive. Although, I’m noticing my winnings are going back to bonus cash. Which, means I can’t withdraw. Initially I withdrew a few $20s. I’ve put in about $50, in the last month. I’ve won over $200, but have a balance of this amount total with only “ $Zero “
to withdraw (?). So I’ve won nothing? The more I win ?
The more I win the less I can withdraw. In order to withdraw it seems I need to add more $ or not take any of the bonus cash. I really like this game as it fast and can be won in 1 minute if you’re quick. It’s confusing as to why the winnings are resulting in bonus cash and not withdrawal amount. Do not deposit any money!!! Stay away from this app and any other games of this company. THEY DON’T PAY out the winnings and withdrawals!!! I have been waiting for my winnings since June and have sent several messages and emails to them about this!!! THEY DO NOT REPLY!!! They haven’t paid me on their other games either.
Read the LATEST reviews, and do your research on the internet about this company and their games. It’s funny that my reviews keep getting removed… Now I’m taking a screenshot of it. They DO NOT answer emails nor any in-app messages. I have been trying to get in touch with them SINCE MAY because they DON’T PAY OUT THE WINNINGS!!! In-app messages, emails = NO REPLIES !!!

I’ve been playing for over 6 months and I win quite frequently. This is definitely one of the most legit games when it comes to scoring. I score higher on this app far more frequently than any other cash solitaire game.
However, I decided to cash out my winnings for the very first time since playing this game, and since doing this they have taken away almost ALL of the cash games. I guess this is their way of ensuring that you can’t win anymore money from them.
If you plan to cash out, make sure you do it only after you’ve won a decent amount because you’ll no longer have any chances to win anymore cash. I do want to make clear though that they did pay me real cash that went to my PayPal account.Show lessUnknown llama

This was fun for a few days but after I made my first deposit I haven’t been able to play cash games bc they restricted me. I reached out to support and after a 5 days they got back to me saying it was because I never verified my account and to follow a link to do so and then let them know when I was done. Well that was over a month ago and I haven’t heard back and still can’t play. I have reached out several times. The last message I sent was to either refund me my money because I think they are a scam.Show lessBadwolf0010

Ive been playing this game for a while. Im on level 80. Your winnings are paid to your Paypl account. It takes a few days. But you do receive them. Make sure the email you verify during the withdrawal process is the same email associated with your PayPal accountBurkebee

This is my first review on any game because usually I just play a game and it’s bogus and I delete it, but this game is legit and it actually paid out like it said it would to my PayPal and if you like Solitaire this game is a lot of fun, going into any game, where you’re gambling with no expectation is always the best but this game does pay outShow lessmilyievanillyie
Not fun after a while
This game was fun at first. I won quite a bit, and to be fair they pay out quickly. I only deposited once, and that was a mistake since they are based in Singapore, so I was hit with foreign transaction fees. I’ve never had that happen in a game before. So, I never deposited again after that. I still won with the free games which credited 30¢ for a win at first, and then it went down to 15¢. Still not bad if you can play for $1 & win enough to cash out maybe $5 or so. After I won several times, they took away the $1 game. Ok, fine, the $1.80 game was still there. Now they’ve taken that away. I’ll play a few more times to see if they take away the $3 game. Once they do that I’ll delete the app. I discourage anybody from depositing. They make money from the ads, and you will be hit with foreign transaction fees if you try to make a deposit. This game was fun until at first. I won and lost. Never made any profit. Then as I kept playing, the cheaper play options disappeared forcing me to play more expensive games. I purchased a $10 recharge and was supposed to get a free play in a Bonus game against one other person for an $8 reward. I played the game and it was a ridiculously low scoring game (I am a pretty good player). I waited and waited for another player to play against me and it never happened. I’d say at least 3-4 days passed. I saw a message that it had timed out and it showed I won $5. To this day I haven’t received it. I have contacted customer service and they responded asking for the id number for the match. I gave it to them and haven’t heard from them since. This has been going on a few weeks. I doubt I will hear from them again and therefore I am done with this game. I will use what’s left of my balance and delete.Show lessreview is impossible
