Had the FSB app years ago and deleted because it was awful and always “improving”. 7 years later I decided to download a bank app to better my budget and for convenience the app is still dreadful and still working on “improving.” Great bank, terrible appNickM1993

Old version was better!
I recd an email notification that my statement was ready for viewing online or from the mobile banking app. There’s no link, button, etc in the app to view statements! No way to disable debit cards in the new app. Another reviewer said it was like stepping back in time—totally agree! Wouldn’t give this a single star if I didn’t have to!Show lessjrhrae83
