Bring back the old app!
The old app was so much better here I sit on a Saturday night and realize my debit card is gone and I can’t even shut it off like I could the old app and I can’t call the bank to shut it off either. I miss the old app. It was so much better user-friendly and you can get account information and change the name of accounts. The new one is like stepping back in the Stone Age.Show lessMost useless banking app
Honestly about to switch who i bank with due to how non-user friendly this app is. Huge downgrade from previous app.It’s a downgrade
Infrastructure changes, yes- but the previous app features worked well. Eg routing/account numbers. Not liking important features missing such as the fact that although my payees in bill pay are there, the recurring payments I had set up for weekly- do not appear to be or they are not not visible. This app is trash. It’s like the bank president’s 14 y/o son had a school assignment to build an app for “Intro to programming” and they used it to make him feel good after he got a D on the assignment from his teacher.
Go back to the old app, and fire the person/company who made this one.The Old App Was WAY Better
First of all my password didn’t work! The password I sat down and wrote on a post-it note with the banker helping us, I had to make a new one🤦♀️ It’s glitchy and signs me out after having the app open for too long, AND there is no access to account and routing numbers. At least reactivate the old app if you aren’t going to include important features on the new one.Show lessAdding to the frustration
It took some time to get me logged in via online website with the new update by talking to customer service a few times. With my new login credentials I had to make from the update, I can no longer sign into this mobile app using the same credentials. I was told because I tried the app first before the online system that I had locked myself out for 24 hours from the app. It is past that time, I’m logging in with the same username and password I just recently created, and the app says credentials are invalid.
Incredibly frustrating to have a broken app and limited view through the desktop site with this new rollout. Please fix and update right away or fix the login credential system. It’s not syncing up to what is used through the online desktop website.Show lessGreat bonus features

I can’t even get logged on. After filling everything out it keeps telling me I’m not a customer. I’ve been a customer for 30+ years!
