Orders Delivered/Customer Service
I have ordered from this company multiples times already. Two times, my order was delivered with no issues. The third time I placed an order on April 14th 2024 via the app. They use Amazon as there carrier (Terrible). Amazon said order was delivered on the 17th of April 2024 around 2pm. However, I never received my order. I contacted customer service the very same day and they informed me I had to wait 4 days in order to do anything. So I waited. 4 days elapses I emailed them again and said I still have not received my order and front office didn't receive it. They emailed me back saying given Amazon shows delivered they won't refund or issue a new order. I contacted the number for support 5 times to complain on this and I have still yet to have a refund or order reissued. Every time they say they will escalate and someone will reach out to help me. Still NO HELP! I love the product and want to continue to use it but since they use Amazon and we all know Amazon is not great at delivering, I don't even know if I'll receive my order because where I live Amazon tends to miss my address and say they can't find me or deliver to someone else door (gps location off), because I live right above the front office. The company is stealing from me at this point because they wont help me and give me my product where over $100 dollars were spent. Terrible customer service.

Chocolate vegan mass
The chocolate vegan naked mass is so delicious.
If consumed right, you most certainly feel the recovery time cut down. For a while I had been floating in the 160s lbs to mid 170s for awhile. Ended up losing weight after getting Covid a few years ago. Wasn’t eating a lot due to my taste and smell being compromised. Thankfully after awhile those both came back, started back in the gym, and wanted something the help get my weight back. It helped… significantly. Currently at 200lbs. Give a lot of credit to this product here.

The app is great but I wish I would be able to purchase a subscribed item to ship now instead of having to cancel it and restart it to get the product faster.

This product is great for helping put on muscle. Love it and appreciate a good company with great products.
Underwhelming.
Prices were actually higher in the app than the site. Lots of pop ups while browsing products. Additionally, you cannot track your orders via the app but must download a second app to get shipping updates.
