We were confused as to how to access our tickets on my phone, as my confirmation sheet said to access them in the NEW HTC mobile app. When we went there, those letters didn’t pull up Hale theater. We finally typed in “Hale theater” and were able to load the app.
App doesn’t allow for downloading tickets to your phone or adding to Apple Wallet.
My husband was forever searching for the correct email. Sometimes he found the tickets, sometimes we had to go get them from the box office.
We have always loved Hale Theater. Now we love it even more with the new HCT App! So much easier to keep track of our tickets!
The app is nice, one suggestion would be to make ticket able to add to apple wallet.
