I was charged for a week, when I intended to do a trail. The trial page seems to be intentionally confusing, and it has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I will keep pursuing a refund. The app is very average - it misidentified most things in my garden (Australia) and was confusing to use. I really need this money back and did not intend on signing up for a week.
