  • Doesn’t work

I type the task. I hit “split” and it says I did not type it correctly. However, I am typing the exact syntax of the example they give “clean my room”. So…… that is not useful. Also it says the app tracks you using contact info and personal info. Now they have my email. Yay.
  • This has helped me get over the fear of starting

    :)
  • Great app for breaking down tasks and projects

As a person with ADHD, I often struggle with task initiation. This app allows me to just type in the name of the task and it gives me a list of manageable steps for completing the task. It’s great for low spoon days!
  • Best app ever!

It really helps me split tasks and keeps my mind in peace. But it just needs more task you can split
  • completely not working for me

so I was trying the app out and it keeps saying that it failed to split the task. I’m typing everything correctly and haven’t used any flowers.
  • Great

Reeeally like the simplicity, huge screen to enter the task, and boom, you get the subtasks you can tick off :)
  • kawai tools vs goblin tools

It looks and works very similar, splitting hard tasks into smaller ones.

kawai is totally free, but have limitations of splits per day, that you can expend by inviting friends or sharing it in stories.

Goblin has unlimited splits, but design is bit "oldschool" 😅 and it paid.

I love design of Kawai much more, but want developers will expend of daily credits.

  • Breakdown of the App

Let me give you a rundown of the app so you know how it works and what to expect. The app itself is free, however it is part of another "main" app. So basically, while this one helps to do tasks, it is linked to another app that does cost (about $40 a year). This app is free to use, but every time you use the bot to simplify a task, it uses a currency known as flowers. If I remember correctly, each task requires two flowers. When I downloaded the app, I started out with 12 flowers. I'm not sure if that is the limit to how many flowers you can have in your bank at a time or not.
You can gain more flowers by referring the app to friends, posting to Instagram, or subscribing to the main app I mentioned earlier.
It's a good idea in practice, however, I don't like that the app alludes to being free when in reality, you are going to most likely quickly outgrow the limited amount of tasks that are free to use in the app. I also don't like the fact that there is not a checklist that you can utilize within the app. Instead, once the steps have been broken down, you have to copy the text and paste it somewhere else, like in the notepad app on the iPhone.
found another app (Goblin: Tasks) that does the same but only costs about a dollar and will be using that, instead.
So overall, a cute looking up, but for me personally, I will need some thing that has more bulk to it.

Hi, we released a new app version where all tasks are now checklists. Plus you can see a history of your tasks and mark them as completed! Write at vlad@mindist.io, and I'll add you more flowers :)
  • Great for breaking down tasks

This works really well for my kiddos! They put in the chore and it gets broken down into small parts to make it easier to do and less daunting!

I wish it had the choice between goblin tasks and kawaii tasks characters… especially when there are more than one kiddo! 😊
  • What the hell is this

No description, no explanation , just enter a word and what??
