Won’t allow me to cash out
The app was good until the new “paypal cashout” update… there was literally no reason to force us to use paypal so when everyone keeps saying “It won’t let me cashout” maybe listen and fix the problem?
I have about $16 I can cash out but it won’t let me so I would like to… (Don’t tell me to contact customer support when there’s NO option or email to do so)SunniBo

Yes I went to cash out and hit something and now it’s not letting me cash out so I logged out thinking that would help but it seems I have forgot my password and I have tried to find away to contact them for some help and no luck.Tara L42

There are better apps out there
I thought I was going to really like this app but my Check-ins stopped working, there's no place to email and they haven't added any games. I downloaded Can You Spot It and haven't received any points. Fetch is a much better app.Chavi18

No support button and PayPal doesn’t work
Everything has been perfect until now!! Everytime I try to cash out, it tries to get me to sign into PayPal but it never works…. It says to contact support or try again and there is no contact support button on the app!Kylee Preston

I’ve had a great experience with the app until now, Let me just state that the problem I’m having doesn’t ruin my review by any means.. it is exactly what it says it is, and everything is awesome !
So I’ve cashed out once already and I went to cashout again, but it’s asking me to verify my PayPal account, everytime I try… it tells me to contact support or try again.. and trying again just gets me the same message.. it’s $2.21, but still!! What’s wrong??? Please helpGinMorrison
WARNING!! Dont waste your time!
You’ll be able to cash out the first couple time but after that it’ll ask for you to verify your account then they’ll say something went wrong and to contact support ( which you literally can’t ) or try again later. Basically the run around and you’ll never be able to cash out that money YOU earned.Sc:obeey_loove
Cashout issue
The app itself is great, i absolutely love it. Only issue I’m having is a cash out, I try to cash out and it’s only telling me I need to verify my PayPal account first. I try to and it keeps telling me it’s unsuccessful.Vannah 🤪❤️
