I've been trying to cash out for a while now, but I keep running into problems. Despite having a verified PayPal account, the system won't let me complete the process. Every time I try, I get stuck at the verification step. I've double-checked my PayPal details and everything is correct, yet it still doesn't work. This is incredibly frustrating and needs to be fixed. How can I cash out if the platform's own verification process is broken? Very disappointed with this experience.hoodiematt1617

I just want to say that I have cashed out multiple times on this app, I recently tried an offer and it seems that every time you contact support they fix it but then deny the cash out and you receive an error! It’s unfortunate that people believe these things when they somehow put something in place to where you can’t cash out!Jeffro2024
DON’T PLAY FAMILY ISLAND
I have played until level 30 and still have not been paid for level 20 and 30. I have put multiple tickets in for help and have not received any response. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the multiple updates or what but if that is the case the two platforms should work together. Other than that the app does add up money I haven’t tried to withdraw yet so I hope there won’t be any issues there.trehanna
Easy to earn, hard to cashout
I love the fact that it’s so easy to earn with this app. The problem is, you seem to have to link a PayPal before you can cashout anything (even a gift card), which is pretty dumb. I think if that part got removed the app would be perfect. Anyways, I just hope this gets fixed sometime in the future._bluejay_

I just downloaded a couple of days ago and I have been enjoying these games! I can definitely say not only the games fun but this app is exactly as it says! Now the rev you all that I will admit got nothing from those but the arcade part I did! Which is awesome it will definitely help me get by a little since I’m going through hard times. “Not connected to internet”
I just downloaded the app because they took away paid offers from survey spin and survey pop, as I was in the middle of offers I’ve invested hours of my time doing.
Now I download this app and it’s trying to tell me I’m not connected to the internet when I have full access to the internet.
Social LCC is starting to dip, is not what it used to be, and is wasting my time with garbage surveys, and then completely removing offers altogether.
I will uninstall all of their apps and I don’t recommend using these unless you’re a fan of getting 20 cent surveys for investing 20-30 minutes of your time.XegaXbladeX

I downloaded this app because I usually enjoy social loop’s developments, but I’m disappointed. I opened the app and when I went to sign in, it told me to check my connection & try again. I did. Multiple times, and it still says the same thing. I even deleted it then downloaded it back. Nothing is working!itsyoubabe
Started off ok but customer support is unresponsive to missing rewards
I’ve been able to earn and cash out with this app but now that I’ve been playing for some time and am at the bigger rewards my account isn’t getting credited and multiple submitted tickets to customer support have gone unanswered. The smaller amounts were in my account promptly but now more than a full week has passed (reward within an hour was the promise) and no credit. I’m not playing the games and leveling up any more until they address missing reward credits.DJFierceTease
