Easy and effective!

I’ve been using the Daily Fit app consistently for 10 months and it has been tremendously helpful! Having a plan already laid out makes working out so convenient. It has helped me to become significantly more consistent in working out. I love the progressive overload component, while also mixing some exercises up to keep it exciting. I typically do the 30 minute express version and have seen great results! Definitely recommend for anyone from beginner to experienced lifter.

Easy To Follow!!

Love these workouts! She keeps it interesting and occasionally “spicy” (love that burn!), all while keeping you working harder each day. Being consistent is easy when you have someone showing you exactly what to do, and giving modifications if necessary!

Life Changing!

The Daily Fit app has changed my life! The exercises are very easy to follow, and the step by step descriptions and videos have built my confidence in the gym. There is also minimal equipment needed, so I don’t have to walk all around the gym searching for my next exercise space. I feel much stronger and my body composition has changed since I started using this app. Haley also is quick to answer any questions! LOVE this app! 💙

Progressive overload is key!

If you are looking for a strength training program that takes the guess work out of how to build strength, look no further! Haley does an amazing job at programming progressive overload training in a way that is great for all levels! I have been using the app for almost 3 months and I can honestly say that I see and feel the strength that I have built! I enjoy and actually look forward to my strength sessions. another perk is that the workouts can be completed at home or at the gym, Haley gives modifications so that these work outs are all inclusive!
You won’t be disappointed if you give the app and Haley’s workouts a try!
