This app is what I wanted from social media since the very beginning—keeping up with friends—without the attention-sucking algorithms. The way it makes money isn’t tied to advertising, which means the business incentives are to offer value through meaningful connection rather than taking your precious time away. Even better, the design and functionality of the app are super good for being at such an early stage. Love the Call Me and Meet Me options, as well as the events feature! Reactions are fun and easy to use. I especially like how the emojis chosen for them are more thoughtful than just thumbs up or down. This app gives you great value with minimal distractions. It puts as little as possible between you and your friends. So glad I found it!

Of all the variations of connecting with real friends, Favs feels like it keeps the fun and engagement without losing the meaningful connections. I’ve already found out about three different things. Friends were doing I had no clue.
