I pay for 7 days, it worked first day and no more. I am trying to contact them but nobody answers
Doesn’t work!
Basically it doesn’t work. It won’t connect to any network and when it does, it has no signal at all. I had my other sim on the same network and it was showing full signal. Waste of money and time. Will be seeking a refund!
Scam
Difficult to install and runs out of data quickly. I bought 3 GB of data and it ran out in a day with light usage, and I tracked cellular data usage on my iPhone which is shows to be much lower than what it shows in the app. In other words, for the same 24 hour period that the eSIM was installed, my iPhone showed 1 GB cellular data used while their app showed 3GB. Support is useless to say the least.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
The worst customer service. The app does not work properly. They will tell you that you haven’t paid for unlimited internet when you have. Even when you have bank receipts. They are unhelpful and take hours to reply back, and then when they do they won’t actually help you and just tell you that you didn’t buy what you clearly did.

Decent prices, bad app
I used this for 3 months in the US (and a week in Mexico where my data worked even though I had only purchased a US eSIM)
I use a lot of different eSIM companies as I travel every 3 months.
I had no problems with the purchase, setup and service while using the eSIM. I would recommend this company to friends.
The app is pretty useless though. So that is the 4 stars instead of 5.

Terrible app
I used this service prior to the app and it worked fine. With the app I couldn’t make or receive calls and customer support could not fix the problem. Will be using a different esim company in the future.
eSIM works fine, app sucks
I’ve used their eSIM’s a handful of times and have had no issues, they install as instructed on my IPhone 14 without any hiccups.
However, Ive tried using the app the last couple times, and it blows. Not very user friendly, I had to delete and reinstall just to relogin with a different eSIM. It doesn’t show your balance of remaining data when you are logged in, all it’s good for is getting another eSIM, which I then have to delete the app and reinstall in order to login with the proper ges number, and then it still doesn’t allow me to do or see anything… I can just use the website for this…which Ive had to use anyways to see how much data I have left. Save your time and iPhone storage and just use the website if you’re going to use global eSIM.
