Service worked but app is useless
I purchased an eSIM for travel and it worked great. No issues with the service once I got it working. This app however is pretty much useless. All I wanted was the ability to track my data usage. The app isn’t showing accurate information. The amount of data it thinks I purchased is higher then the actual amount so the information is not accurate. They really need to start over with this app and keep it simple.

Total scam
Once paying for the service the QR code says it was “no longer valid and the app doesn’t accept the user name and password sent in the “welcome” email. They got a small amount of money from me, but didn’t deliver one tiny shred of what they sold. Total scam.
Useless - avoid.
Bought and installed eSIM to use in Rwanda. Could not activate. Contacted support through app but never got a reply. Later unable to get app even to open as it was stalling. In the end got an Airalo eSIM which worked immediately and alss advised all my colleagues visiting Rwanda with me to do the same. Precious experience with Airalo support was excellent with reply within a couple of hours. Please AVOID GlobaleSIM. The price might be competitive but for me it was a total waste of money. Rip-offed.

Always reconnecting
I'm traveling all over Japan but it's always reconnecting when trying to register to a network 😅
Nightmare. Avoid.
Instructions do not match user interface of iOS (annoying, but not in surmountable if you have at least some idea of how these things work).
They tell you to use the QR code on a PDF – except they haven't emailed a PDF.
They sent QR on Chat (1hr 15 mins later I can confirm it's more 'gap' than 'chat') finally got messaging working (WhatsApp) but (still on chat, 1hr 20 mins now) still cannot make or receive calls, despite following obvious instructions ('use + and country code' (well duh) and illogical instructions ('try adding 00 before country code' 🤔) 'try without using + sign in front of country code' 🤔🤔🤔) all to no avail. After 90 mins on Chat I gave up. Will be seeking refund.

SMS doesn’t work
I couldn’t get SMSes to work in the US, and that is the whole reason why I bought a voice eSIM instead of a data eSIM. The app is useless too. Wasted money.
Scam app
The esims absolutely don’t work. The customer service is non existent and the QR code they provide you with to access your eSIM isn’t real. Scam app
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I purchased a 5GB eSIM for Morocco and it worked fine the first day then I got a text saying insufficient funds for data service and the data connection stopped working. I only used 1GB so far out of the total! They have non existent customer service and I sent a chat through the app but the useless app doesn’t even load the reply message the customer service sent. I’m going to be disputing the charge for this eSIM if they don’t refund me.

Constantly loses cellular link, no actual voice minutes
Avoid! I paid extra for 100 minutes of voice but nobody could call me (said invalid number) and I couldn’t call out even when using their app. Data service worked fine for 2 days then started disconnecting randomly. I would have to switch to airplane mode then back and service would resume. Very annoying, very painful and frustrating. Avoid at all costs
