Installed the app and added passcode etc but now when I try and open the app I get stuck on the “enter passcode” screen and none of the buttons work so there is no way for me to access my wallet!!Eish Mamela

Transferred 100 dollars worth as Bitcoin, received BBTC instead. Couldn't transfer out due to ethereum costs. Minimal amount of cash to buy any crypto or ethereum
Is 100 dollars. Trying to convert BBTC to ethereum never processes. No wallet code given to transfer wallet to another app. They will only respond to one text a day! Dont get scammed like I did!Show lessGmankbadi

As a note, when a user can't find their tokens it's usually one of these common reasons: - You may have sent tokens on an Unsupported Network. - Purchased tokens from a project that has not launched its token yet. - Used a different login method to sign into your account. I transferred eth to this app and it showed up and after purchasing $SpongeV2 from the advertised links on the app and after making this purchase my $spongeV2 won’t show up on the link nor on the app.. when I try to go to any browser and go to the Sponge V2 site it won’t give an option to connect this wallet!!Show lessYa allla
