  • Liked at first till it stopped working

    Put all my bitcoin here and the wallet stopped working can’t login now and assuming I lost my bitcoin , don’t use wallet !!!!! I’ll change my review if I ever get my hundreds of dollars worth of bitcoin back

  • No e-mail verification

    I went through the steps but I seem to have the same issues as others. It says it sent the verification to my e-mail but nothing. Not even in the spam. Is there anyway to fix this?

  • Can’t send money or export wallet

    I’m using an iPhone SE older model and your app doesn’t show the whole screen therefore I can’t send anything or see the 12th word of my seed phrase. This is ridiculous please fix this or provide me a means to recover my funds.
  • Scam app

    Like others here, I was conned into trying this app on behalf of Coinbase rewards. Do not deposit anything with these frauds. Anything you deposit or stake will become Elements property. I was able to overcome their verification and trying to withdraw simply gives an “unknown error” (I doubt they expected anyone to get that far.) Overall, I’m shocked at the brazen criminality of offering a wallet with staking that simply pockets users money with no recourse available. I guess Coinbase isn’t happy with the class action lawsuits they already have. Get ready to lawyer up, Element!

  • Sign up don’t work

    After making my account it sends verification email that never goes through! Plus it don’t let you change your email or do anything at all up to that point.

    After filling out all the signup info and accepting the terms and conditions the “continue” button remains disabled.
