i had ordered jewlery off this site and i put the correct adress and everything and literally like 12 days later it didnt come and it was supposed to come in 5 days. I had to text the company on what happened and they didnt really give me and explanation and i had to pay 5 dollars for shipping when i payed like 50 dollars on the jewelry for “free shipping”. It literally been 16 days now and they take so long to ship . dont order here their customer service is like really badsoph46247

It takes long for my order to get delivered just for it not to even come and i cant get refunded because theres not an option to and i really need my money back. i tried emailing but it seems either 1: you dont check your emails or 2: update your shipping and handling site because that email doesn’t exist. i was so excited to order for nothing and im gonna make sure i dont order from here because i dont want my money stolen again. so if you’re someone like me who needs a fast delivery or a refund option in case something happens, then this isnt for you.Mimi the unihorn

theres only one thing wrong with it and if you use your points to buy something you have to use the 5.99 shipping even if your over the $40+ for free shipping so you waste 5 dollars for shipping that you already should be getting free. thats my only issue everything else is goodwhOoisbabi
Very Nice
The app is very easy to navigate and I have bought many things from the website however the app is just easier to use. Everything I’ve bought is really nice quality. They advertise the jewelry as waterproof and it is for the most however it will start to tarnish after 5 months or so. But keep in mind I wear them in the lake and saltwater pools so that may be why they tarnish. Other than that I love everything about this brand.frickpants

Do not buy from here - awful experiences
Have bought from here twice. They forgot items out of the first order and of course by the time we got the ones they actually sent, the rest of the ones we had paid for were sold out. The next time we ordered the items were returned to sender twice even though tracking said it was left in our mailbox. This company is a huge scam. They take weeks to respond to customer service emails and are always pushing store credits. Very hard to get a refund. Don’t waste your time, money or energy with this awful company. Jewelry is super cheap too, which we knew going in, but the going out of business sales and all that savings is a huge scam.buckhornbirdie

I love the jewelry but I don’t like how the items in your cart expire. I was waiting untill I had enough money to buy my whole cart but when I went to go check out all of the items were gone. Everything else I like.Iknowthings….
