Scam company
This is a scam company. They advertize chat support option on their website, but it actually never works. I tried to contact them many times within their working hours and no one ever answered. So the only option is email that they answer within 72 (!!!) hours and never solve any problem. You can send emails back and forth during a month and you will never get any help, they just pretend not understanding what you want from them in hope that you will simply give up.
I made an order and in 5 min realized that it is a scam and that they will never return money to my credit card if I decide to return. So I immediately instructed them in chat to cancel my order asap, the auto response showed up saying that my message is received and they will take care of it. They have done nothing, they absolutely ignored my instructions and still sent the order. I already sent them 8 emails and their support is pretending not understanding what I am talking about. They just took my money and refuse to return.
