There are two different apps to use use the NFTA buss, this broken one for pay as you go and met cards, whatever that is, and the other app Token Transit, that allows day & week pass purchase.
And since there is no human customer service at NFTA you have to dispute the charge with your credit card company because they are not competent enough to have 1 app.DavidSmith1287
