Stuck buffering!

Can someone please help me prevent my recorded meeting from getting deleted! I take important leadership meeting minutes using this app and twice now it has recorded the meeting but it staying stuck on the “Handling the record” page and just loading. It’s been buffering for 45 minutes now! I’m so upset! I trusted this app the assist me and it’s failing me!

Waiting for refund

App wasn’t too bad but didn’t meet my needs in my short span of time. It said 14-day money back guarantee so I am concerned how this will go through considering I can’t do anything in the app. I ended my subscription but have no idea where to get my money back.

First time using and love this app

I just had the conversation with some people who were giving me a hard time. I managed to capture every single word they said, thanks to this amazing app. It even breaks down their sentences for me. I'm so excited to show all of this to my lawyer!

Does not work, and no trial is available

My purpose of downloading this app was to transcribe existing videos. This function does not work, and I have spent $10 for a product that does not work. Don’t waste your money.

You are right. Please free to ask a refund. This is a bug from the latest update. We are in the process of resolving this issue. But note, please, that every user gets a three-day free trial.

One week experience or exposure

I need help. My app Subscription is premium and I am constantly being bombarded by a screen that says I have premium subscription and to click on a link to return back to where I was before but it doesn’t go back to where I was but instead it takes me back to the history listings. Help! Please! It’s happening very frequently now and it’s getting worse.
