Coming from FLIR it has potential
Coming from FLIRONE Pro. Pros are: it’s way faster and less finicky, just works, no long startup, no terrible battery that needs to be warm before functional. Cons: needs a dedicated iPad app. I need the ability to easily take landscape photos with the correct formatting/the text needs to rotate/always remain in the correct position. My biggest gripe is why does it look amazing on the screen but the photos come out terrible, cloudy/grainy and not what I see when using the camera? Please keep working on it because it has great potential!

Works great with my iPhone 15 Pro
Really like this camera and the app. Fonts can be a little hard to read sometimes, maybe a bold font would be better but other than that great job!
Update broke it
No longer connecting since software updates
Not compatible with TC001
I had hoped that the USB-C TC001 would work on the iOS app now iPhone uses proper USB-C connectors, but no. It doesn’t. Now I need to buy a new camera 🙄
Does not work with iPhone 15
iPhone 15 will not recognize device. I does work with older iPhones, like XR.

Needs work on Fonts and photo editing
Essentially a good app but it’s let down by poor font options. You can change the colour but still the temperature figures are often impossible to read. You really need to be able to change the font size but can’t.
Photo editing is very buggy it often opens a completely different photo to the one you select for editing. It also keeps creating duplicates for no reason.
Other than that it’s pretty full featured and works well.

C to F
Can’t find how to switch to F from C after the last update. It was a down date 😞😞

The app is ok but it would be nice if the different color modes had names attached to them and maybe a help page with the purpose and best uses for each mode. Flir does in their app in relation to the name of the color modes.
Unable to disable the auto shutter
On the old app there was a option to go onto personal information and turn of auto shutter to prevent that annoying camera image freezing and clicking sound . Unfortunately the new app doesn’t have this option needs updating so it does.
