The app should be also made for iPads
The camera works perfect, however, the app is not iPad compatible. Very sad on this time and age. I use my iPad as monitor, but the app is very small, it should be using the iPad screen. Very bad design principle, need better/nee developers, and needs updates to be pushed more often.Thekingofkings300
Wanted to love
I wanted to love this monitor because it has so many cool features like the ai breathing and the image quality. However, after a couple months, the camera just started to continuously freeze and say reconnecting. It makes it very difficult to monitor your baby when the image is glitching and not providing a live feed. Despite several attempts at troubleshooting with tech support, the issue does not permanently go away. I hope they can figure out how to improve this, since it could be a really great system.Show lessltlpip
Horrible
The concept of the camera is great BUT the connectivity issues are endless. I spend more time watching a “connecting” screen then my actual baby. I had really high hopes for this but I’m unfortunately very disappointed and can’t do anything about it because it’s too late to return.alybalyalybalyalybaly
I really wanted to love
I really wanted to love everything that this camera and app promised, but besides the breathing monitor I don’t see what are the advantages of this against a 200$ or less camera. The connectivity is the worst. As I type, my baby has been asleep for four hours and the camera hasn’t worked for more than 10 minutes. It keeps saying “reconnecting”. My husband had to put a second camera in our room because this one is not reliable. And for the price, we shouldn’t have to have a second camera just because I cant trust this one. The app is fine, but the tracker doesn’t have a timer and I had to download another app bc it was really hard to track things here. Sometimes I’d update an entry and it wouldn’t let me save. The only thing that keeps me for not putting this in the storage, since I can’t return it anymore, is the breathing monitor- but again, WHEN it works. Pretty Disappointed
We’ve been using this monitor every night for the past 2 months. I’d say it started out strong and has continued to fail to meet expectations bit by bit over time. The best part of the monitor had been the live view and that has completely fallen apart over this past week. The live view keeps freezing, then reconnecting over, and over, and over again. I really wanted to love this, especially as a first time mom who was drawn to the breath monitoring function.
Hopefully Nanobébé will work out the kinks in the next year or so. In the meantime- get something that’s gonna be reliable.Show lessHaley Renee A
Quality image, horrible software
This camera is awesome when it works. The video quality is better than any camera I’ve tried before. The problem is, most of the times I try to open the app, it says connecting, reconnecting or unable to connect to Aura. I cannot adjust the angle of the camera without a popping noise through the speaker and a message saying “reconnecting”. This has been an ongoing and notated issue - I have talked to the support line, but they can’t do anything to fix it. I don’t know if it’s the camera, app or a combo of both, it’s an expensive decoration on a shelf right now.Show lessTfamilyx4
It would be 5 stars if they’d add timers
I love the baby monitor part of the app and think it works great. I also love being able to pan the room as it allows us to see our toddler in her bed too, and all the sleep sound options are perfect. I thought I was going to love the activity tracker being in one app, but I don’t use it at all since it doesn’t have timers like many activity tracker apps do. Nanobébé, please PLEASE look at other baby tracking apps and see how they incorporate timers and add it to this app.Show lessChristina_Rose5
Really liking this baby monitor!
Using this for my second baby and am really loving the peace of mind it gives me showing the RPMs without needing to wear any sensors. My only complaint is that there is no temperature reading which most baby monitors have. That is my reasoning for not giving 5 stars, otherwise I am loving it!Hamil203
Great so far!
We are former Miku users and bought this for baby #2. We’ve been using it for a few weeks now and have been really impressed. The video quality, app interface and functionality are all better than the Miku. I love that you get notifications when baby falls asleep/wakes and that there is an alarm if breathing is not detected. My only complaint is I wish you could see the temperature of the room, but this isn’t a huge deal. I also wish you could see how long baby has been sleeping, but hopefully that will come with future updates. Overall, really like this monitor!Show lessdaftonw
Terrible
This camera is truly not helpful at all.
Does not show when the baby goes to sleep and how long sleep is and to what quality.
The sound quality is absolutely terrible it does not allow the sound to go through and continues to come in and out.
The connectivity is horrible.
